You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST, in the OFFICE OF THE UNDER SECRETARY OF THE NAVY.

Duties

You will monitor status of assigned work in progress. You will provide administrative support to the organization. You will compose, prepare correspondence and other materials prepared for the information and signature of executive leadership. You will conduct extensive research to provide expert consultation and assist with preparing responses. You will be responsible for making highly complex technical determinations using innovative judgment while ensuring policy conformance.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: - Experience managing priority programmatic initiatives or special projects to ensure strategic alignment with the mission and goals of an organization. - Experience in reviewing, composing, and preparing correspondence and other materials for information and signature of executive leadership.
