About the Position: Directs and manages a team of operation research analysts, a marketing and mission analysis NCO, and a program analyst whose mission is creating, planning, designing, and developing distribution methodology for recruiters and to achieve recruiting goals for all mission categories.

Duties

Advises the Commander on broad policy matters relating to BDE recruiting market research and analysis, recruiter distribution plans, and mission assignment. Designs and conducts command inspections and assistance visits to subordinate recruiting BNs to insure conformity to HQ USAREC mission assignment. Analyzes and summarizes collected data and relates the information to established policies, programs, operations plans and/or objectives. Conducts orientations, training and briefings for commanders and staff at various levels on market analysis methodologies, mission assignment techniques. Uses a variety of software programs, some unique to USAREC, to develop analytical methodologies. Provides technical and administrative supervision to subordinates assigned to the Market and Mission Analysis Division.

Requirements
