Duties

Responsible for the development and management of USARPAC’s Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) to operate and maintain IAW HQDA Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) training standards. Coordinates all USARPAC MCTSP management actions directly with HQDA, G3/5/7, Training Directorate, Training Simulations Division, and the MCTSP Manager. Serves as the USARPAC configuration manager for new and emerging LVC Mission staff training systems. Develops and oversees the execution of the MCTSP budget averaging $30 million annually. Responsible for the planning and execution of Appropriated Fund Program to sustain Training Support Services capability and contract requirements in support of the Regional Simulations Training Center (RSTC) and MTC in the USARPAC AOR.
