Duties

Executes the demand planning program for a complex portfolio of weapons systems and/or component piece parts Supports the development and implementation of outcome-based demand support strategies that optimize supply chain management principles to enhance system readiness and life cycle cost affordability. Supports the planning, development, implementation, and management of effective and affordable product support strategies for demands throughout the life cycle for weapons, materiel, or information systems. Executes the demand planning module and runs demand planning macros. Supports the weapon system manager in the development and documentation of the demands for the supply support strategy in accordance with policy and regulatory guidance. Addresses a variety of unusual demand planning and inventory problems, questions, or conditions.

Requirements

• This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for LIFE CYCLE LOGISTICS certification within 48 months as of entrance on duty.
