About the Position: You will serve as Chief of the Equipment and Supply Branch, Material Distribution Division, Production Management Directorate, where you will manage work teams in supply management, initiate requisitions, expedite acquisition and movement of supplies required to support several major maintenance missions.

Duties

Administer a successful Command Equipment Management Program and Command Supply Discipline Program. Supervise and direct subordinates engaged in carrying out equipment management, material accountability and requisitioning functions. Analyze, modify, develop work requirements within the Equipment and Supply Branch to meet mission readiness. Prepare formal and informal evaluation of subordinates' performance and prepare award recognition recommendations. Research and resolve discrepancies and assist other accountable personnel to research and resolve inventory discrepancies,

Requirements

  • Must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • Required to travel for business 15 Percent of the time.
  • One Year Supervisory Probationary period.
  • Must obtain and maintain American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS), The Association for Operations Management, / Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) Certification within (2) years of position acceptance.
