About the Position: Serves as the Training Program Coordinator with responsibility for overseeing training programs for the U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC). Responsible for developing schedules to include milestone dates, and priorities as regards directed mandatory training, professional development training, and other workforce development training opportunities.

Duties

Provides recommendations to management concerning directed mandatory training, professional development training, and other workforce development and related matters to meet the business needs of the organization. Exercises full responsibility for the development of plans, policies, and administration of training programs for over 500 Department of the Army Civilians, military, and contract personnel. Coordinates for professional development training, certification programs, and other employee training to enhance employee skill levels based on the needs and requirements of command and directorate level leadership. Serves as the command?s administrator for the U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command (USAISEC) Enterprise Training System. Responsibilities include account creation/deletion, account profile updates, training notifications, monitoring completion status, statistic gathering and report generation, and system training during the in processing of new personnel. Serves as the Information Systems Engineering Command (ISEC) training Purchasing Officer for the command. Administers the command?s long term training (LTT) program.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
