Duties

As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will perform the following duties: Serves as policy advisor. Analyzes, updates, or establishes policy to determine and advise on their impact on mission operations and performance management. Evaluates and implements findings on organizational improvement or program effectiveness. Oversees the development of written and visual communication products for print and electronic media. Plans and distributes work and prepares schedules. Provides oversight, support, guidance and evaluation of subordinates. Hears and resolves employee complaints.

Specialized experience MUST include all of the following: Planning/ leading projects or teams, to include assigning work, setting priorities, or providing feedback on work assignments.
