Duties

This position is located in the Office of Field Operations, Baltimore Field Division in Baltimore, Maryland.

Requirements

Qualifications

To qualify for 14, candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level, GS-13. This is a non-bargaining unit position. Specialized experience is demonstrated experience, which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position. Experience must be in the normal line of progression or must be related to the work of the position advertised and must be reflected in resume. Specialized Experience that a candidate must have include: - Evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of division programs, developing and evaluating procedures or policies; and - Tracking and analyzing funds allocations, preparing budget reports for State and local overtime expenditures; and - Initiating, planning, and directing studies, surveys, operational reviews, and other projects; and - Preparing and submitting reports and other factual information for the effectiveness of existing policies, programs, and procedures.

Education

There is no substitution of education for experience at the grade level of this announcement.
