About the Position: Serves as senior logistics management specialist with responsibility for developing, prototyping, implementing, testing and documenting new systems, applications, and file processes providing Security Assistance (SA) life cycle ammunition logistics information.

Duties

Serves as principal contact and consultant in development and testing of programs, ad-hoc queries and applications to develop ammunition logistics data required for In-Process reviews and Program Management reviews. Serves as the functional application owner for all CCSS/LMP, CISIL/SCES, DSAMS applications. Plans, coordinates, performs testing and assists in implementation of changes to the CCSS/LMP and Ammunition Program Status Management Reports (APSMRs). Serves as principle point of contact for prototyping and implementation of new SA applications developed in accordance with the requirements definition developed by the functional coordinating group and programmed by the design agency. Serves as the Command representative to higher headquarters sponsored functional coordinating group activities relating to SA ADP.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. If the security clearance is denied or revoked, the individual may be denied or removed from the position, accordingly.
  • This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Life Cycle Logistics Certification within 36 months of entrance on duty.
