Duties

The Supervisory Facilities and Contracts Specialist will lead the Acquisitions and Operations Division (JPA), supervising a cross-functional team of facilities operations and contract specialists tasked with the following responsibilities:

Requirements

  • US Citizenship or National (Residents of American Samoa and Swains Island)
  • Meet all eligibility requirements within 30 days of the closing date.
  • Meet time-in-grade within 30 days of the closing date, if applicable
  • Register with the Selective Service if you are a male born after 12/31/1959

Qualifications

The GS-15 salary range starts at $163,964 per year.To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience planning, organizing, and executing facilities and space management for effective operational use; interpreting laws, policies, and procedures that govern property, facility maintenance, procurement, and space management, including the rental of such properties. Experience also includes reviewing proposals, plans and blueprints and providing feedback on review to higher level management to assist in decision making efforts; and, effectively presenting complex ideas, findings and viable options to higher level management and officials. NOTE: This experience MUST be reflected in your resume.
