This position is located in the Integration Section, Platform Services Division, IT Design and Development Directorate, Office of the Chief Information Officer. The position description number for this position is 013319. The salary range indicated reflects the locality pay adjustment for the Washington, D.C., Metropolitan area. This is a supervisory, non-bargaining unit position. Relocation expenses will not be authorized for the person(s) selected under this vacancy announcement.

Duties

This posting is for a permanent position in a hybrid telework capacity. It is not eligible for 100% distant/remote telework.

Requirements

Qualifications

Applicants must have had progressively responsible experience and training sufficient in scope and quality to furnish them with an acceptable level of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position without more than normal supervision. Ability to supervise and lead a diverse workforce.** Ability to develop and maintain software applications and web sites.** Ability to communicate in writing. Knowledge of web technology and services. Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques of IT Project Management processes in support of application design and development.
