Duties

Serves as the Contract Management Support Officer in the Resource Management Office at Fort Belvoir responsible to assist management in developing and identifying near and long range plans to meet service contract requirements. Ensures staff principals and other key managers are appropriately and actively engaged in Acquisition Planning and Management Program (APMP) review and reporting process. As senior installation expert and advisor, develops plans and procedures and establishes precedents for operation of the APMP review and reporting process. Provides leadership at all levels total visibility of service contract requirements, contract manpower equivalents (CMEs), equipment, and funding for the installation service contracts. Prepares reports, program documents, and briefings in accordance with DoD regulations and Congressional statutes to meet the requirements of the DoD Installation Management Command Program.
