About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the US Army Cyber Command ACOFS, G2, located in Fort Eisenhower, GA.

Duties

Serves as Intelligence Training Specialist responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating Army Cyber Command’s (ARCYBER) Enterprise intelligence training requirements based on the needs of the Army’s Cyber workforce. Conceptualizes, develops, and maintains ARCYBER Intelligence courses for Intelligence personnel. Integrates requirements for Cyber-focused intelligence analysts to include qualification pipeline, training support packages, and advanced training courses. Writes and reviews course content, ensuring that material is technically sound and in line with Intelligence Community practices. Designs and develops intelligence training materials and integrates those products into advanced instructional courses. Verifies all Army Cyber Command intelligence training is in line with TRADOC policies and procedures. Monitor the disbursement and obligation of associated Foundry funds; provide consolidated command comments to Foundry forums.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Two year trial period may be required.
• In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
• Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
• Must obtain and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS-SCI).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain access to National Security Agency/Defense Intelligence Agency – accredited facilities and networks. [Military External Affiliates Division (MEAD) Security In-Processing (SIP) process.]

This experience should demonstrate: Knowledge of intelligence processes, cycle and organizations; Knowledge of and/or ability to use research tools such as library holdings, photographs, statistics, graphics and maps; Knowledge of the systems, procedures and methods of analyzing, compiling, reporting and disseminating intelligence data; and/or Knowledge of organization(s) for and methods of collecting and analyzing intelligence data.
