You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN in the FINANCIAL DEPARTMENT (N8) of TRAWING ONE.

Duties

You will analyze and resolve-difficult issues and problems associated with property accountability and development of solutions to those issues. You will review inventory levels of on hand stock within the activity to report shortages or excess for budget planning purposes. You will maintain knowledge of standardized local procedures, supply operations and program requirements and the ability to apply established policies and regulations. You will use multiple automated Supply databases to enter, correct and retrieve recurring and/or specialized reports. You will ensure accurate and auditable records are maintained. You will utilize rules and regulations governing the Government Commercial Purchase Card (GCPC). You will revise stock levels for authorized items to maintain adequate stock levels. You will secure information regarding status, sources and identification of equipment and supplies. You will review filing systems for maintain Supply files and correspondence. You will use word processing and databases spreadsheets.

Requirements

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
  • You may be required to lift/carry 50 lbs.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the (GS-04) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. utilizing supply system databases to track requisitions, inventory, or equipment availability and review reports in order to recommend materials for aviation operations. Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience:

Successfully completed four years of education above high school level.

OR

Combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
