Duties

Conduct Information Technology related studies and/or exploratory projects. Resolve technical design issues using system software specifications. Modify existing applications to accommodate user requirements or new advances in software technology. Ensure that documentation reflects the interface with data collection, scheduling, production, or product distribution procedures. Recommend/provide justification for needed program automation system design studies. Develop statement of works to solicit contractor proposals.

(2) Project Management to include: budget tracking, invoicing, payments, experience in Agile development and managing contracts that require agile development. (3) Information Technology Life Cycle Management and Cybersecurity Technology Awareness.
