About the Position: Serves as Chief, Plans and Operations Division, Logistics Readiness Center (LRC) with responsibility for planning, directing, coordinating, managing and reviewing all actions concerned with providing logistical planning support for the LRC.

Duties

The incumbent assures timely operational support and integration of new or changing Material Maintenance, Transportation, Supply and Services logistics planning concepts. Plans and assigns work to be accomplished by subordinates. Inspects for conformance with policy, regulatory, and program requirements and recommends, initiates, and advises on or directs corrective actions necessary. Reviews and analyzes the division short- and long-range strategic logistics planning objectives and goals.
