You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the AEGIS Technical Representative, Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Division of AEGIS TECHREP. You will serve as Program Protection Team Lead and is the functional authority within and outside the organization as it relates to Releasability, Cybersecurity, and System Security tasking in support of AEGIS FMS Programs.

Duties

You will conduct program planning analysis for special projects and requirements; provide programming guidance ensuring inputs are sufficient to define, establish, and direct organizational focus in achieving program objectives. You will work with Program Office at management levels to resolve problems affecting programs/project. You will review, analyze and assesses Program Office resource requests for project feasibility, planning, programming, and milestones; develop resource requirements to support program plans; analyze established and proposed operating programs. You will conduct or participate in functional trade studies; determine type of information to be collected; devise methods for collecting data; make evaluation analysis and identify areas of risk. You will present conclusions and recommendations based on analysis and evaluation to senior leaders for their use in ensuring efficiency, necessary funding, and balance in the development and execution of operating programs. You will be responsible for fostering the development of others by providing guidance, sharing expertise, and preparing training sessions for the functional staff. You will lead, guide and manage team members in achieving required functional certifications supporting Command goals/initiatives. You will be responsible for review and analysis of contract proposals, deliverables, studies, and plans pertaining to Program Protection functions of AEGIS baseline development. You will provide results of analyses by making recommendations to senior leaders to make critical operational, policy, and financial decisions. You will attend meetings and conferences on behalf of the organization to provide recommendations on assigned program's functional capabilities and limitations. You will prepare, review, and approve major reports resulting from program protection initiatives, verification events or organizational policies for internal and external distribution.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final TOP SECRET security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA). Certification in the Acquisition Functional Area and category assigned to the position is required within established category timeframes.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the pay band NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning and executing studies to analyze and evaluate the AEGIS Weapons System, in order to develop test and evaluation strategies to support the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program.
