About the Position: This position is in Logistics Data Analysis Center (LDAC), at US Army Materiel Command Logistics Data Analysis Center, Mission Support Division, Resources Branch, Redstone Arsenal, AL.

Duties

Responsible for effective leadership and strategic planning of all projects. Responsible for managing all assigned projects. Manges the implementation and execution of approved acquisition, fielding and support programs. Prepares memorandums, decision briefings, and presentations for planning Senior leadership. Adapt departmental policies, practices, goals, objectives and establishes methods of operations; establishes long-range, intermediate, and short-range plans.

Requirements

  • This position requires a Secret Clearance.
  • Incumbent required to submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report (OGE 450) upon entry and annually thereafter.
  • This position requires Advance Career Level IV Certification. The incumbent must have this requirement upon entering this position.

Broad background of knowledge in program management, logistics and IT software development. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-14).
