About the Position: This position serves as Management and Program Analyst for the IMCOM Directorate - Sustainment, Public Works Support Team serving as the subject matter expert for functions concerning manpower and financial resourcing of all IMCOM Directorate - Sustainment DPW municipal services and real property facilities.

Duties

Utilizes professional data analysis principles to Public Works (PW) management and work flow processes, engineering management systems, and the resource programming and allocation process. Provides Public Works expertise in the development and review of complex public works service modeling and productivity improvement initiatives. Applies analytical techniques in the development and validation of Public Works financial requirements to include manpower and contract program requirements. Validates and applies established facility sustainment model outputs, verification of source data through Public Works real property inventory, evaluating Public Works performance metrics in support of the IMCOM Campaign Plan (IMCP). Analyzes performance indicators and determining appropriate funding allocation levels and manpower resources for Public Works services by installations. Investigates and applies work management efficiencies while exercising staff oversight over productivity improvement initiatives for all Engineer Base Operations and Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization services across all aspects of DPW. Identifies engineering and public works programs at installations which could be used as best practices models for the Army to support business operations/work management principles. Plans, conducts or participates in studies of DPW organizations to validate essential business operations and processes performed, evaluate the preparation of DPW Annual Work Plans and the establishment of sound reimbursable programs. Participates in the preparation and briefings to Command leadership on assigned IMCOM public Works issues.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required.
• This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.
