You will serve as a Electrical Industrial Controls Mechanic Supervisor in the Public Works Department of NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD WASH.

Duties

You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and directing the maintenance, repair, installation and inspection of all high voltage electrical distribution systems. You will maintains, repairs and operates all types of transformers, oil and circuit breakers, lighting arresters, secondary switchgear, cranes, motors, street lights and communication systems. You will be responsible for tracking expenses and estimating annual budgets for projects. You will analyzes work schedules, determines manpower and material requirements, determines work methods to be used, coordinates work within the work of the other units involved. You will make initial decisions as to manpower, equipment, material, blueprints and prepares sketches as necessary for complex work projects. You will participants in a wide ranges of personnel matters such as, performance rating, leave request, commendatory and disciplinary action, promotions, demotions and beneficial suggestions. You will supervises a multi-trade work force. Plans, organizes and directs the assigned resources in the accomplishment of all maintenance work.
