Duties

Utilize knowledge of electrical, electronics, mechanical hydraulics, optics, and pneumatics in the investigation and assembly of all pertinent equipment data. Serve as a technical advisor to the Contracting officer and to the evaluation team on all matters concerning the design, test, procurement, supply, operation, repair or disposal of equipment. Prepare statements of work, specifications. justifications, contract modifications, history of procurement, and cost analysis for each task.

Requirements

• The incumbent may be required to travel TDY up to 10% of the times.
• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• The incumbent must possess or obtain and maintain a T1 (NACI) background investigation.

OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
