This position is located in the Program Planning and Analysis Branch (PPAB), Division of Clinical Research (DCR), National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Frederick, Maryland.

Requirements

Qualifications

In order to qualify for a Program Analyst, GS-0343 position at the GS-13 level, you must have 1 year specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: employing advanced qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze and measure the effectiveness, efficiency and productivity of organizational programs, and interpreting findings resulting from studies; leading studies and analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of policies and procedures related to the management and administration of financial and budgeting operations; establishing study methods and techniques to be utilized in complex studies and audits; and developing study objectives related to program operations, and recommending and implementing operations solutions to senior management.
