This position serves as an Administrative Officer for an Air Traffic Organization (ATO), Air Traffic Services (ATS) Salt Lake District.

Duties

Accomplishes a broad range of actions required to support the organization's administrative programs, which include (but not limited to) financial management,, time and attendance, travel, administrative program management, office administration, management information systems, office management, property management, security administration, program and process analysis, and procurement.

Requirements

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.
  • Must submit an SF50 (See Required Documents)
  • Applicants may be interviewed.

Qualifications

FV-H: To qualify for this position at the FV-H (FG/GS 12) level you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-G, FG/GS-10/11. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience is experience in one or more of the following; Interpreting and applying policies and procedures to FAA administrative programs. Such programs include administrative programs affecting the organization; OR financial management; coordinating budget matters, analyzing budget/fiscal reports, financial management, logistics, purchasing and other finance-based programs, processes and systems affecting an organization.

Education

There is no education substitution for the FV-H band.
