Duties

Serves as a Management and Program Analyst in the US Army Garrison Aberdeen Proving Ground Directorate of Public Works Business Operations and Integration Division (BOID). Responsibility for formulation, forecasting, implementation, and maintenance of engineer analysis programs in support of the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) mission and priorities. Perform analysis on output and outcome data and integrates results into the Performance Assessment Review (PAR). Gathers, analyzes, and acts on a variety of information pertaining to program operation; specifically cost, schedule and performance data. Serves as the Directorate of Public Works SharePoint Administrator. Serves as the DPW Information Management Officer for the Directorate. Oversees IT equipment life-cycle replacement for DPW. Controls, maintains records of, and issues DPW purchased IT equipment (computers, phones, tablets, printers, etc.) to users.

(Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.) OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.) GS-11: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) gathering and analyzing a variety of information, 2) organizing and integrating data into a Sharepoint site (or similar automated program for sharing information), and 3) preparing graphical and statistical reports for presentation. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-9). OR Education: Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform qualitative and quantitative techniques for analyzing and measuring effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of administrative and technical programs. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.) OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages. GS-12: Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) gathering and analyzing information to provide recommendations, 2) organizing and integrating data into a Sharepoint site (or similar automated program for sharing information), and 3) preparing graphical and statistical reports for presentation and 4) providing guidance and/or recommendations to others. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
