You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the Organizational Development & Training Management (OD&TM) Branch, Code 81300 of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA.

Duties

You will supervise the day-to-day execution of the organizational development and training management and manpower management teams’ responsibilities. You will Monitor and plan the work assignments of the branch personnel, approve leave, conduct employee performance reviews/assessments and assign annual performance ratings/scores for branch personnel. You will oversee the execution of and reporting on the training completion and qualification status of the NIWC Pacific Acquisition Workforce. You will oversee the tracking of and reporting on civilian, contractor, and supervisory personnel mandatory training execution.

• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band NM-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Oversee the execution of training and/or organizational management such as training events/evaluations, course schedules and/or interpreting training regulations.
