Duties

Manages a business activity. Develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures. Represents the activity to the public. Conducts customer surveys, reviews usage/sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotion activities and revenue improvements. Develops budgetary data. Evaluates financial statements, reviewing cost against revenue, advising supervisor of status and recommending improvements in merchandise lines. Marketing, etc. Supervises assigned staff.

Requirements

• Must be able to work under the following conditions: Extreme heat and/or cold, loud noises, indoor/outdoor, and must not have fear of working with animals.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para 2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation. (Environmental requirements, licenses, background checks, etc.)
• Must be able to work a rotating shift (to include evenings, weekends and holidays) to accommodate work as necessary.
