This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Duties

You will serve as technical liaison between contracts personnel, contractors and project managers. You will ensure contract actions address technical requirements and are accomplished in an efficient and timely manner. You will work with project leads to review and analyze Statements of Work and ensure they contain concise, well-defined technical requirements. You will prepare competitive and no-competitive task order packages for systems engineering, systems integration and operational support, test and evaluation, and security engineering/network support. You will ensure that funding is available and appropriate. You will prepare Final Decision papers detailing results of technical evaluations and justification for award recommendations. You will review internal procurement/contracting processes to ensure business operations are effective and efficient in order to meet the mission requirements. You will collaborate with Project Managers, the Contracting Officer, and contractor personnel to resolve performance issues.

• You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Administering contracts by monitoring contract performance, preparing modifications, and developing the necessary course of action to resolve issues impacting contract performance.
