About the Position: The position is with Directorate of Public Works, US Army Installation Management Command located in the "Maneuver Center of Excellence" (MCoE).

Duties

Prepares staffing documentation for Real Estate; administers real estate disposal; prepares building documentation for demo, ensures buildings forwarded to HUD for inclusion into the Federal Register IAW Stewart B McKinney Homeless Assistance Act. Compiles, verifies, processes and post real property data. Reviews Space Utilization Reports and Inventory of Military Real Property. Revises and maintains documentation in a current status for the Real Property Inventory. Verifies authorized changes such as additions, deletions, or modification to existing Real Property in GFEBS. Review and analyze Real Property Planning and Analysis System (RPLANS) edits and data.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of specialized experience which includes (1) assisting real property management and master planning support; (2) compiling, verifying, and processing post real property data; and (3) providing data input into the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) or like financial, asset and accounting management system.This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09). OR Education: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as real estate, regional, urban, or rural planning, geography, geology, business administration, industrial management, engineering, economics, architecture, or accounting of study. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
