Duties

Performs daily cleaning duties to include, but not limited to, washing dishes, emptying trash, and cleaning kitchen utensils. Performs opening/closing procedures for the dining areas and bar area. Assists with food preparation in accordance with the current menu and special events menus. Attends to customer orders and operates a cash register. May serve alcoholic and/or non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with customer orders.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Satisfactory completion of a minimum of 4 hours initial food sanitation and safety training is required within 30 days of employment and a minimum of 4 hours refresher training annually.
• Must meet state/local age requirements at the time of appointment if serving alcoholic beverages (18 years old).
• Certificate of Medical Examination is required.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2.
• Incumbent may also be required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
• An irregular schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and special events is required.

Qualifications
