You will serve as a Supply Systems Analyst in the Aviation Programs Division of STRIKE FIGHTER WING PACIFIC STAFF.

Duties

You will evaluate reports to monitor compliance with system requirements and procedures. You will review and analyze information such as tables and reports from automated systems to ensure accuracy of supply data elements, files and database to determine overall supply effectiveness. You will initiate corrective actions to eliminate systemic deficiencies. You will review system change requests from other organizations to assess need and impact. You will coordinate systems change with representatives of other organizations. You will brief managers and officials concerning issues, problems, proposed solutions and program accomplishments. You will participate in development of training materials for users of new automated systems. You will provide guidance, instruction and training to functional users on database and file accessing techniques. You will assist in solving problems associated with deliveries in support of individual hardware and software orders. You will participate in the development of plans for Aviation Programs Division supply quality assurance program.

  • You will be required to maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.

Qualifications

GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing technical support for a supply logistics system (e.g., assisting users with issues, setting up and maintaining user accounts, preparing access requests). GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: conducting analysis of programs and problems associated with aviation supply logistics systems, (e.g., NALCOMIS, RSupply, SALTS, and RMS).
