Duties

Serves as an engineer/ test officer. Conducts test and evaluation of military equipment in test projects. Performs and determines analysis and evaluation of testing alternatives. Reviews design and user specifications, evaluation plans, and material performance criteria. Determines methods and procedures to test for technical performance, properties, design characteristics, and test duration. Develops cost estimates, test schedules, executes tests, and analyzes data accumulated from testing. Reviews data collected for completeness, accuracy, and validity.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance through the duration of your employment.
