About the Position: The installation rests in the beautiful 'hill and lake' country of Central Texas between Killeen and Copperas Cove. THIS IS A TERM POSITION NTE 13 MONTHS.

Duties

Reads and interprets legal metes and bounds descriptions of the proposed outgrant, and prepares related maps and plans. Check transfer documents for accuracy and coordinate with contract construction inspectors prior to final acceptance. Study existing facility assets (design, capacity, status, etc.), and tracks facilities under construction and scheduled for disposal. Collect and assemble engineering data concerning base unit quantities, design, construction criteria, and cost for documentation and inclusion in the Real Property account. Ensure that all items of real property owned, leased, or otherwise controlled, are recorded on permanent record on both a quantitative monetary basis, IAW governing regulations and directives.

• Incumbent must obtain and maintain a secret security clearance.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid state drivers license and any installation and/or DoD license required for the type of vehicle being driven.

OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as: Real Estate, Business Management, Marketing, etc. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the first year (total graduate semester hours minus 18) by 18. Add the two percentages.
