About the Position: This position is located at Letterkenny Army Depot in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, with the Directorate of Industrial Operations.

Duties

Plan daily workload with guidance provided by management. Accept, amend, and/or reject work products of subordinates. Prepare and present regular reports and briefings on maintenance mission execution. Provide administrative staff support to the division and directorate for property book, time keeping, training coordination and other responsibilities. Counsel workers how to improve performance and explain new work techniques. Assign work to subordinates based on priorities.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security clearance.
• Pre-employment and annual physical examinations required.
• This is a temporary position scheduled to last one year; may be extended up to 5 years.
• One-year supervisory probation period may be required.
• Shift work may be required.

I can prepare equipment for painting work, assuring safety and housekeeping practices are observed. I work under normal supervision of a work leader or journey-level employee who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to make sure they are properly performed.
