This position is located in Management Directorate, Office of Intake and Document Production, Forms And Requirements Division. As an Management and Program Analyst, you will ensure the Office of Intake and Document Production (OIDP) forms contain information to further the USCIS mission; are consistent, timely, high-quality, and appropriate for the intended audience.

Duties

The responsibilities described are for the full performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope performed with less independence, and limited complexity. Plans, organizes, and conducts, individually or in collaboration with team members, the development, evaluation, and implementation of Forms and Requirements related policies and operational procedures that have an agency-wide impact. Leads, plans, or participates in associated special studies, task forces, and work groups to take or recommend actions to achieve organizational objectives related to creating and revising internal-use and public-facing forms, and intake processes. Provides coordination and communication efforts with internal and external stakeholders. Designs and administers planning and controls for submission of logistics related to form data and requests. Reviews all data and requests for conformance with instructions, substance, completeness, and authorizations. Designs and conducts a wide variety of comprehensive qualitative and quantitative assessments, special studies, and detailed analyses, individually or in collaboration with team members, of complex processes affecting the division.

Qualifications

The qualifications for this position must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 01/11/2024. Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. The Time-in-Grade requirement must be met by 11:59 PM (Eastern Time) on 01/11/2024 GS-12: You qualify at the GS-12 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-11 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties: Evaluating changes to forms, intake-related policies, and operational procedures that have an agency-wide impact. Participating in workgroups to take or recommend actions to achieve organizational objectives. Conducting qualitative and quantitative assessments, special studies, and detailed analyses of complex processes. Appling current knowledge of Adobe suite of products for creation of forms. GS-13: You qualify at the GS-13 level if you possess one (1) year of specialized experience, which is equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the federal government, that equipped you with the skills needed to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have experience performing the following duties: Facilitating business requirements analysis and work sessions including presentations, communications, and documentation. Identifying creative solutions to business requirements, analyzes the strengths and weaknesses of alternatives and provides recommendations. Identifying opportunities to enhance the business workflow and planning process. Working with IT components during development across impacted organizations to clarify business requirements, testing, and outcomes. Working with internal and external stakeholders to obtain additional insights, approaches, and demonstrations of solutions.
