About the Position: Serves as a Management and Program Analyst with the responsibility to identify, develop, evaluate, and direct the quantitative analysis aspects of the force management systems (global force information management systems processes, databases and output of manpower, personnel, equipment, programs, and organizational data). Provides quantitative data analytics for the Total Army wide force structure data.

Duties

Advise from analytics of the mission and data production requirements on the distribution of resources and work among positions and organizations and the appropriate staffing levels and skills. Research and investigate new or improved business and management practices, supporting data systems, effective processes for applications to resolve operational issues. Evaluate data, research and compose findings to arrive at the cause-and-effect relationships, conclusions, and advise on the appropriate actions. Develop evaluation plans and factors regarding solutions for analytics and metrics such as, methodology, interpretation, and results from continuing changes in force structure. Define and present data analytics relative to force documentation production missions,  cost and benefits of alternative approaches and justify outcome for the recommended solution. Recommend changes to processes, systems, applications, policies and training to improve documentation outcomes and impacts based on trade-offs in time, quality, quantity, costs, and automation systems performance.
