Duties

As the Team Lead, employee is responsible for the independent statistical studies and performs special studies related to the military funded programs and missions. The work includes analysis to evaluate and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of life cycle program and improve project management. Performs a wide variety of analytical work to determine the effectiveness of the program operations in meeting goals and objectives of the mission.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position requires on OGE-450 (5CFR Part 2634, Subpart I USOGE, 6/08). Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report upon entering the position and annually.
• This position requires Temporary Duty Travel (TDY) of 10%.
• This position requires Financial Management Certification Level 2 within a year.

Specialized Experience - GS-12 - One year specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service including conducting budgetary analysis and assessments to evaluate methods concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations and organizational productivity; AND applying principles and practices of budget formulation to prepare budget estimates and justifications.
