This position is located in the Congressional Research Service (CRS), Government and Finance Division (G&F). The position description number for this position is 004746. This is a non-supervisory, bargaining unit position. The salary range indicated reflects the locality pay adjustments for the Washington, D.C., Metropolitan area.

Duties

The Government and Finance Division is seeking an Analyst on Congress and the Legislative Process to work on congressional rules, practices, and precedents, particularly those related to the consideration of budget and appropriations legislation on the floor of the House and Senate, as well as organization and procedure of congressional committees and the role of congressional leadership.
