You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMETN AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Command Evaluation and Review Office of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.

Duties

You will conduct internal and external investigations on Fraud, Waste, Abuse and Mismanagement as directed by DoD/DON or the NAVSEA Inspector General and present investigative reports on the findings. You will manage cases referred by the Naval Criminal Investigative Service. You will ensure annual reviews are done and the Statement of Assurance is provided annually to Congress via the NAVSEA IG or COMPACFLT Office on the Managers' Internal Control Program. You will conduct and direct studies and evaluations of Shipyard program operations and policies regarding efficiency, cost effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

• Work is performed in areas where potentially harmful physical and chemical agents are present (e.g. fumes, dust, heat, ionizing and non-ionizing radiation and chemicals). You will be required to participate in medical surveillance programs.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience employing analytical methods and techniques to assess management and program operations (e.g., goals/objectives, budget, audits/internal controls/mismanagement of resources, compliance/performance) and developing strategies to improve organizational economy and efficiency.
