About the Position: This position is for Medical Operations Beneficiary Primary Care office for 21st MDG Peterson AFB, Colorado Springs, CO.

Duties

Serve as the principal Team office manager performing clerical, office automation support, and administrative duties to ensure operations run efficiently. Inspect facilities and equipment to assure safe usage and cleanliness. Assist in monitoring, scheduling and managing documents for all programs. Prepare calendar or schedule of personnel activities, classes, leave, training requirements, and other PCMH clinical team activities. Advise and/or provide counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management. Participate in team meetings representing the PCMH team to the military and civilian community on PCMH concepts.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Basic Life Support Certification must be obtained and maintained.
  • This position is subject to screening and update of required immunizations unless exempted for medical or administrative reasons.
