About the Position: This position is located at William Beaumont Army Medical Center Managed Care at El Paso, TX.

Duties

Applies management principles, theories, techniques in the conduct of management surveys and analysis. Serves as the senior management and program analyst and subject matter expert for the Medical Expense and Performance Reporting System (MEPRS), DoD Tri-Service patient cost accounting system, in the Resource Management Division( RMD). Reviews and develops of metrics and performance indicators to identify data quality problems ensuring compliance with the Data Quality Management Control Program. Provides managers with objective, fact-based information relative to administrative and programmatic decision-making for the Military Treatment Facility. Assists in the development of procedural change and recommendations that affect data quality.

Requirements

OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%.
