About the Position: The position is located at Fort Moore, US Army Garrison, Garrison Commander, Fort. Moore, Georgia 31905, which is 100 miles south of Atlanta and is adjacent to Columbus, Georgia and Phenix City, Alabama. The geography and climate are ideal for year round military training. Public transportation and free parking are available.

Duties

Assist in the administration and planning of the garrison?s comprehensive civilian human resources management (CHRM) program for the Appropriated and Non-Appropriated fund, DoD Performance Management and Appraisal Program (DPMAP). Advise Garrison Commander and all subordinate supervisors, managers, and leaders on organizational resource issues within the framework of HR goals and objectives. Monitor implementation of Civilian Human Resources (CHR)-related policies and SOPs. Compile and analyzes statistical data in response to command data calls or suspenses on behalf of the garrison for submission to IMCOM, DA, and DoD levels.

This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
