DCSA's Center for Development of Security Excellence Training Division is looking for a Management and Program Analyst with knowledge of security program fundamentals, security enterprise, or security program management. Duties

As a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST you will be responsible for the following duties:

Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GS/GG 07 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility. Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience. Specialized experience for this position includes: Program and project management experience; Information systems and technology, such as Microsoft Office products; Critical Thinking and problem-solving skills; Presentation and communication skills; Customer service. Specifically you will be evaluated on the following competencies: 1. Customer Service Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services. 2. Information Management Identifies a need for and knows where or how to gather information; organizes and maintains information or information management systems. 3. Oral Communication Expresses ideas and facts to individuals or groups effectively; makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others; facilitates an open exchange of ideas. 4. Technical Competence Uses knowledge that is acquired through formal training or extensive on-the-job experience to perform one's job; works with, understands, and evaluates technical information related to the job; advises others on technical issues. 5. Program Management Designs, implements and manages multiple or ongoing programs/projects, and directs the related resources, personnel and activities.
