Duties

Provides subject matter expertise, assistance and direction to the Director and directorate staff in the analysis and evaluation of services and policies to determine resources, operational effectiveness and issues related to assigned programs. Interprets and proposes policy changes and develops management tools to enhance effectiveness and efficiency of work operations. Participates in the development of reporting requirements for the preparation, collection, justification and submission of programming and financial data.

Qualifications

1. Experience, education and/or specialized training sufficient to demonstrate a mastery of and skill in applying fact finding and investigative techniques; comprehensive oral and analytical written communications; development of presentations and reports; strong organization skills; general knowledge of MWR programs and APF and NAF/UFM funding. 2. Demonstrated ability in standard office software. Highly desirable 1. A Bachelor's Degree with a course of study in business administration, management, or a financially related field. 2. 2-3 years' experience of military business and recreation program administration.
