Duties

Serves as Financial Management Specialist for the Installation, Morale and Recreation Fund (IMWRF). Assists in the development of financial policies, plans and fiscal operating procedures for Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) activities. Researches, verifies, and revises program and budget data. Prepares financial reports of NAF operations to include budget variance analysis, CPMC execution, and cash flow projections. Performs a wide range of review and analysis of NAF financial operations in order to evaluate performance in terms of requirements, goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrated ability to perform the duties described above using the theories, principles, practices and techniques of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
