This position is located at Bureau of Engraving and Printing, within the ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DIVISION. As a Progam Analyst (Work-Life), you will manage, promote, implement, monitor, and maintain the BEP employee Work-Life Programs by analyzing employee survey, demographic, and program utilization data and program trends in Federal Work-Life Program Management.

Duties

As a Program Analyst (Work-Life), you will: Foster within BEP the goals set by the US Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) Work/Life programs and policies designed to create a more flexible and responsive work environment. Identify and monitor program/project requirements and plan to include resources through the life cycle of specific Work-Life programs and projects. Conduct analysis and provide input to program/project strategic goals, procedures, and methodologies; implement, coordinate, and integrate program/project activities, and participate in program phase and milestone reviews. Develop and/or revise, review draft regulations, OPM directives, relevant decisions and rulings, or other guidance related to Work-Life programs and engagement for impact on BEP; analyze the effects of changes in laws and regulations on Work Life programs and policies; determine the degree of impact on existing programs, plans, practices, and procedures, and recommend implementation actions as a result.

Specialized experience for the GS-13 is one year (52 weeks) of experience at the GS-12 level or equivalent, in the public sectors, that is directly related to the position as listed in this announcement and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience is defined as: Providing advisory services to an organization/program; AND Developing and reviewing regulations, directives, rulings, or other guidance to determine their impact on existing programs and recommend implementation actions; AND Performing, analyzing and evaluating program data and trends to identify potential issues and recommending solutions or alternatives. Specialized experience for the GS-12 is one year (52 weeks) of experience at the GS-11 level or equivalent, in the public sectors, that is directly related to the position as listed in this announcement and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience is defined as: Develop, and review regulations, directives, rulings, or other guidance to determine their impact on existing programs and recommend implementation actions. AND Perform, analyze, and evaluate program data and trends to identify potential issues and recommending solutions or alternatives. AND Develop trends analysis presentation based on program data. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-13, you must have been at the GS-12level for 52 weeks.
