The Senior Program Analyst works in the Director's Office of the Criminal Division, District of Columbia Courts providing leadership, technical assistance, and oversight of caseflow management, caseload activity, performance measures, performance management, and training services in support of division programs through the management and utilization of databases and case management systems to achieve Court and Criminal Division goals, objectives, and performance targets.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A high school diploma with ten years of experience managing projects or studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of program operations using qualitative and/or quantitative methods to assess management processes, systems and mission support programs. A bachelor's degree in business management, public administration or a related field, and six (6) years of experience managing projects or studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of program operations using qualitative and/or quantitative methods to assess management processes, systems and mission support programs.You only need to upload documentation if qualifying based on a degree. Please note that authorization for the release of your adult criminal record revealing any convictions and forfeitures, and any criminal cases currently pending before the courts is required.  If you are selected for the position, a criminal history records check will be conducted.
