You will serve as a STRATEGY & INNOVATION ADMINISTRATIVE SPECIALIST withinHEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.

Duties

You will be responsible for the review, analysis, and execution of a variety of administrative actives. You will ensure task management system (TMS) is current and reports accordingly. You will provide administrative oversight for meetings, briefs and other duties as assigned. Serves as resource advisor alternate. Presents data and findings in a variety of forums orally and in writing. You will perform a variety of quantitative and qualitative analyses of the personnel and administrative management operations of the Directorate. You will serve as the Directorate awards program manager. You will review and evaluate completed actions for overall quality appropriate levels of coordination, consistency and compliance with policy.

Requirements

  • This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Qualifying experience must demonstrate performing the following duties: 1.) Managing various programs/projects and process strategic-level information; 2.) Executing task/suspense management; 3.) Creating executive-level presentations/briefings/papers/correspondence; 4.) Resolve complex program issues strategically with innovative resolutions; 5.) Providing executive level customer service for an organization.
