Duties

Prepares and serves food items while keeping work area clean and orderly. Works in RecTrac (Army system), collecting sales slips, total sales on cash register, accepts payment from patrons and makes change as necessary. Maintains related cash records. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position to include a physical.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Satisfactory completion of minimum of 4 hours initial food sanitation and safety training is required within 30 days of employment and a minimum of 4 hours refresher training annually.
• This is a seven-day operation. Shift will include hours between 0930-2400 but is subject to change and will be based on the needs of the activity. Nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

Qualifications must be clearly verifiable in your resume Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory. Be able to lift and carry weights up to 40 pounds.
