This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for DIB & MRTFB to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Sierra Army Depot is located in Herlong CA. Herlong is approximately 60 miles north of Reno, NV, and 35 miles south of Susanville, CA. Employees work a 4/10 work week, Mon-Thurs, 0630-1700 hrs. Youth Facilities and daily child care available. Mass transportation is available at minimal cost.

Duties

Recommend courses of action to leadership after validating data, projections, and forecasts based on the analysis of studies. Follow up on ERP system changes to ensure that process and cultural changes in process and organizations are sustained. Assist in development of procedures and methods to accomplish assigned projects.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• Incumbent must meet all requirements for Data Analytics (DA) level two (2) certification within 24 months of being placed on the position.
• Temporary Duty Travel, TDY may be required up to 10% of the time.

Some federal jobs allow for the substitution of education for experience. For this position, you must meet the specialized experience, no education substitution is allowed.
